- Abstract
- This kit provides the BVI student with the tools they need to understand trigonometry, analytic geometry, and calculus concepts. The Trig-Calculus kits include over 300 print/Braille magnetic tiles that, when used with the Geometry tiles and graphing board, allow students and instructors work math problems from trig and hyperbolic functions to derivatives, partial derivatives, and integrals. Tiles are designed with convenient trig and calculus expressions to save students and instructors valuable time setting up problems. 1/2" square tiles are extra thick for ease of manipulation and contain standard sized Braille. These kits provide a way for blind students to interact with their sighted instructors and peers. Small parts, choking hazard.
