The Multi-Sensory Lab Gear Kit contains the tactile equipment that can facilitate blind and low vision students taking part in laboratory activities in K-12 classes. This kit could belong to a special education student and move each year with the blind or low vision students as they progress from K through 12th grade science classes. Since the blind or low vision student uses the same kit from year to year, the student will become skilled with these lab gear materials. With this kit, blind/low vision students can actively participate in hands-on science lab activities along with their sighted classmates. Disclaimer: Use this kit at your own discretion. PRCVI cannot guarantee that it is foodsafe and has not been exposed to chemicals in a science classroom.
